What you're agreeing to
StackLantern is free to play in full. There's no currency, no subscription, and no system that exchanges real money for any in-game advantage. Playing means accepting these terms as currently written.
What the game involves
You tap to drop a sliding lantern onto the tower below, trying to keep alignment as the stack rises. That's the entire gameplay loop — no combat, no chance-based wagering, and no element where outcomes are staked against anything of value.
Acceptable use
Play StackLantern for your own enjoyment as often as you like. We'd ask that you not scrape or repackage the underlying code for commercial resale, automate tapping through external scripts in disruptive ways, or otherwise interfere with normal operation of the page.
Ownership
The lantern artwork, stacking physics, and overall presentation belong to the people who built StackLantern. Playing grants you a personal licence to enjoy the experience — nothing more is transferred.
No guarantees
We've tested StackLantern across common browsers and touch devices, but flawless timing-based behaviour everywhere can't be promised, especially given how sensitive this kind of game is to device performance. If something feels off, refreshing usually resolves it.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect issues arising from your use of this free experience. Since nothing financial is exchanged, our practical exposure is intentionally minimal.
Changes
We may adjust lantern colors, drop speed, or these terms as the game develops further. Continuing to play after a change means you're comfortable with the current version.
